Welcome, Protectors!

For Protectors: Reciprocity Rx

You’re on the frontlines of tending land and community—often with too few resources and too much to carry.

After completing the Reciprocity Rx™ Certification, you’ll be able to:

  • Bring nature-based care into visitor experiences, staff support, and community engagement—without burning out.

  • Create space for reflection, storytelling, and connection in the landscapes you protect.

  • Model and encourage acts of reciprocity that invite healing with the land, not just on it.

  • Support inclusive, welcoming events that prioritize relationship over performance.

  • Join a community of practitioners integrating stewardship, wellness, and equity into how we care for land and people.

Because your work matters—and you deserve to feel supported, connected, and rooted in the process.
